User acceptance testing and support

User Acceptance Testing (UAT) is the last step prior to completion of your Phoebus installation or upgrade.

We can provide advice, guidance and test scripts to assist you with UAT.

User Applications Test cases: We will provide you with guidance on how to prepare your test scripts, so you can capture business scenarios/exception and data accuracy testing.

Execution of test cases: We provide guidance on system familiarity, when you are carrying out your tests.

Documentation of clarification points found in UAT: UAT clarification points are logged using an internet based call logging software, backed with daily conference calls to discuss, prioritise and agree the action points going forward.

Support desk

The smooth support of your system and users is assured by our in-house support desk analysts with their extensive experience of Phoebus.
