Phoebus Launches Asset Finance Software

Phoebus Software has extended its successful mortgage origination and servicing software with the launch of an Asset Finance module. The Phoebus Asset Finance module is unique in its provision of partial redemptions, with the ability to recalculate both installments and/or term automatically. The system calculates APR and allows for multiple assets.
First user of the new Phoebus module is Heritable Bank, whose Head of IT, Chris Broughton, said, “Phoebus have delivered on time with a cost effective suite that meets and exceeds our requirements, enabling our Asset Finance team to press on with growing the business with confidence”. |
