The announcement comes as Phoebus enjoys increasing growth in usage of its residential mortgage packages among lenders large and small. The new packages enjoy the same platform and database independence that marked the emergence of Phoebus software some twenty years ago, giving users freedom to use more than just one hardware provider.
Phoebus is now a ‘cradle to grave’ processing system that covers every key aspect of mortgage, bridging loan, cashier or savings operations. Fully scaleable, it can be used by everyone from organisations with multi site / multi currency operations to small lenders just starting up in business. Its modular design lets it grow with users as, almost inevitably, their requirements change. As you would expect from an advanced system, clients are also able to transact business via the Web, from KFI’s to collections processing.
