Phoebus Software, the mortgage software specialist, has been appointed as a Microsoft Certified Partner. The announcement marks the successful conclusion of extensive end to end testing of the Phoebus system by the Microsoft team. It comes shortly after Phoebus announced an extended product base that now includes tailored commercial mortgage and bridging loan products, as well as a market leading rental option for start-up operations and end users with limited initial needs. The first customer for the new bridging loan module has also just been announced. Interestingly, the company, Link Lending, formerly Woodberry, has also elected to use the rental method of its recent acquisition of Phoebus ‘Bridging’.
Phoebus Software’s Managing Director, Robert Lintonbon, is happy the company’s market leading product has satisfied the stringent tests required to become a Microsoft Certified Partner.
He said, "The partnership with Microsoft is a significant milestone in our development and we
view it as an important proving process of the leading-edge technology we use. As part of
this process, Microsoft received favorable references from our existing customers on the
significant business benefits our system brings to them. We have always valued our strong
customer focus and this latest development underpins the fact that we have been able to use
that relationship to produce products that meet and exceed business requirements." |
