Phoebus Software is supplying Exact with the IT platform for their newly launched
Intelligent Mortgage Servicing system. Phoebus was chosen to build the bespoke servicing
platform following a x-way pitch.
The Exact platform is built specifically to accommodate mortgage books from multiple
lenders simultaneously, offering Exact the flexibility to stream borrowers and apply
variable, TCF collections strategies.

was the best in the market – the fact they could build a system to our specific
requirements and that they understand our business and our clients' needs helped
them stand out from the crowd.”
