Learning Culture

Phoebus Academy

Phoebus attract the brightest developers UK wide to join our Academy. The Academy supports knowledge and development across a broad knowledge base, building development skills in an agile and collaborative team environment. The Academy spans 3 – 6 months of building knowledge and expertise after which Phoebus aims to place Academy colleagues in roles within Phoebus which meet both colleague and business preferences and build on an individual’s strengths and career aspirations.
