The Phoebus Self-Service Module

This allows account holders to enquire on and update various aspects of their loan in real time at any time of the day without the need to contact the lender or servicer. The solution also provides APIs to allow clients with existing digital solutions to connect Phoebus accounts to those capabilities.

Lenders and servicers that don’t use Phoebus as their lending platform can also use the self-service capability, as the capability is designed to provide a digital self-service solution which will work with any lender’s servicing platform.
