Lisa is currently the Chief Customer Officer at Phoebus and joined PSL in 2007 as Client Manager working with a portfolio of clients. Lisa has previously held positions in several technology roles within NatWest Mortgage Services, Royal Bank of Scotland and Severn Trent Water.
